RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Since our drops are limited, we only offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Sale items and limited drops are final sale (no exchanges)..

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:

  • US Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–14 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS once your order is on the way.

  • US Orders over $150: Free shipping
  • US Orders under $150: Flat rate calculated at checkout
  • International Orders: Calculated at checkout
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier directly (UPS/USPS/FedEx, etc.) to file a claim.
  • We recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order.
  • HMBL is not able to refund or replace items marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take quality seriously, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, here’s what to do:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged product.
  2. Email the photo and a brief description to support@stay-hmbl.com.
  3. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

Note: Please submit your damaged product claim within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can assist you quickly.

All sizing information is provided in the product description for each item. Please check there before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
